1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TalentShowcase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when submitting an artist profile.

3. Artist Submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant TalentShowcase a licence to display that content on the platform for discovery and promotion purposes. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you upload, and that uploaded videos do not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Promoter & Booking Activity

Promoter memberships and audition bookings are subject to the fees shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Audition bookings are arranged between the promoter and the artist; TalentShowcase facilitates discovery, booking, and payment but is not a party to any resulting agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting unlawful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the service, manipulating votes, or harassing other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

TalentShowcase is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, or for the outcome of interactions between artists and promoters arranged through the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
